I own: 83+ ; 84+SE ; 76.fr ; CX CAS ; Prizm ; 84+CSE
Sorry if I answer with something that seems unrelated, English is not my primary language and I might not have understood well. Sorry if I make English mistakes too.

I hope the 84+ Pocket isn't 100 times worse about program compatibility O.O

Also congrats on your purchase AOC.

It's actually both, but it's easier to keep track of when it was produced than where it was produced.

EDIT: Or was the factory change just for a short time?

Thanks! :) I'm hoping the pocket will be fine, as I plan on getting one myself. :)

@Stefan Bauwens: Congrats! :) What languages are you going to learn?

@Josjuice: The change affects any calcs. made after about 05/06 If I remember correctly. I was just looking at this on UTI the other day. Unfortunately, my new TI-84+ SE is one of the ones that's missing the XTRA RAM. Not that it's terrible mind you, but it does cause a few incompatibilities.

What's with the 82?  Is the contrast turned all the way up or something?

Wow, that's a huge calc! I don't have one that's as large as that one, unless PCs count :P

And it has one advantage - it will NOT return error on division by error, but will start computing.
Small disadvantage is, that such computing will never return ;-)
