mhmm I wonder if there is a way to rename APPVars? Such program could be useful if for example I wanted to keep multiple replays in my calc archive to watch later
I remember putting Bubble Bobble's appvar into a group a long time ago so I could essentially have a loadable save state. (Last boss battle was epically hard.)

Indeed, I have been making a Game Boy emulator for the TI-83+SE, TI-84+, and TI-84+SE. It currently supports two zoom levels, and another is planned as well. When zoomed in, you can configure the camera to follow any sprite (most often you will want this to be your character). It also supports two out of the four Game Boy sound channels, so you can plug in your headphones and enjoy. Only two games are known to work at the moment: Tetris and Link's Awakening. Tetris runs at almost full speed, while Link's Awakening is more at about half speed (but still very playable!) I uploaded a Youtube video of Link's Awakening for your enjoyment. Beware, the video and sound aren't fully synchronized. Next on the list for compatibility is the special rendering techniques which are employed by many games.

Well, I just happened to leak it there first, and I didn't feel like keeping up with more than one forum once I had posted it... besides, I'll post on more forums once it's a bit more matured.

Well, I wouldn't say that all my projects are posted on Revsoft. I doubt Project M is on there at all.

You have misunderstanding. The Blockland on Cemetech is a mod of a demo of Blockland, called TBM, which is actually pretty good (and free). By the way:

Well, old versions of Omnicalc actually made new tokens for the new commands... that was more trouble than it was worth, though.

Speakers Check. USB to I/O adapter It's called "SilverLink". Mouse See USB8X Extra memory that you can plug in (like a flash drive but for a calc) See MSD8X Mods to the TI-BASIC language See Omnicalc, xLib, Celtic

Binary: Put a "b" at the end. Hex: Put an "h" at the end. Octal: N/A
For lowercase letters, you just... type them... for underscores you can use one of those character set programs.

do i use this file with the ++ version or the original?
Well, I seriously doubt any changes were made to the subroutines, so it shouldn't matter.

wasnt ++ the one by Randomist/the guy who made PyroEdit?
Yes, it was. I have no idea what he changed, so I can't give advice on bug reports. The original version works fine, though you have to have the ASM subroutines unarchived (no real biggie... they're small). Edit: If all else fails, you can try replacing the main assembler file with the "unreleased" one in this zip: http://otbp.tifreakware.net/files/ASSEMBL2.zip

I'm pretty sure he just wore a Link-esque hat...

Try the non ++ version and see if it works. That's the one that I worked on and debugged. I doubt I have ever even downloaded the ++ version.

wait one second... ... ok done. how does a TI-Nspire play TI-83+ games? isnt it like 240x320 and TI 83+ like 96x64?
It has an "84+ mode" with a built-in emulator (at least that's what Wikipedia says).
84+ Silver edition to be exact. Over here the funny thing is that the Nspire is only $2 more expensive than the 84+SE, yet you get two calcs instead of just one and despite some minor compatibilities problems and some rare mem clears when turning the calc back on, it still does the job
Though, I have noticed that it doesn't seem to be able to run at full 15MHz.
