This is my life.  :/

Sorry, I don't speak French, but those grpahics are incredible (and still fast).  ;D  Probably the best clone I have seen so far in B&W!  Good job.  BTW, nice bird sprite :P
It's not in B&W, it has greyscale.
Also, have you checked mine out ? :P

/advertising :P
Yes...  but the excessive background and sprites make it laggy.  No offense...  ClrDraw's version is great too, but I like the graphics here a lot.

@ISSOtm, something with the hover doesn't seem just quite right - how the bird seems to float.  :)

You might want to reword the prompt - sounds pretty intimidating.   ::)

I should have known that you did the updates!  (With all of the grey)  ++  Overall, nice work. ;D  Does SMS allow custom HTML/CSS/JS/PHP?

BTW, I'm not sure if someone has already covered this, but will "karma" be restored?  For instance, is there a log with all of the karma in it from the last SMF version?  We could always just become a socialist component...  :P

Q:  "How many omni members does it take to change a light-bulb?"
A:  "One.  :P  DJ holds the bulb, and THE GAME revolves around him."

You have to write a sample bill for class and mail it to your senator.  If it is considered good, they actually use it.  You number your bill #1337 for fun, and make sure to include a $9001 fine.  ^^

My teacher gave me an odd look too!  XD

The creator of FlappyBird removed it from the app stores, but a JS version of the game (with an HTML5 canvas) is still up on his web site at flappybird.nl - maybe the source code could help you with the graphics and such, considering that JS is pretty similar to Java or C++...

Hopefully, my translator did not botch things up:

Désolé, je ne parle pas le français, mais ces grpahics sont incroyables (et toujours aussi rapide). Probablement le meilleur clone j'ai vu jusqu'ici dans B & W! Bon travail. BTW, belle sprite oiseau: P

Site Feedback and Questions / Updated Youtube Widget
« on: February 27, 2014, 10:38:01 am »
I'm not sure whether this is editable by Omnimaga, or if it is used by the host, but I was wondering whether the Youtube widget could embed a link to the video's source at the bottom.  Some users may not have flash-compatible devices (or may not have admin access, such as on a public or school-provided device), and cannot view the video in Omnimaga.  I have HTML5 Youtube extensions installed, but the video's source is hidden.  :/  If you cannot do this, maybe you could add it in to the Forum Rules, or insert a form for the link in the embed widget?  Thanks!  ;D

Haha DJ!  I find it ironic that you had bumped all of the posts at the top in the screenshot ;)

You would need to convert .CBR or other comic book files into AppVars and use those...  The screen size might be an issue though, considering that the text would be small.  This might ruin some comics, but you could try putting each "pane" (or square in the comic) as its own screen.  You would have to be really good at manipulating the CBR and would need experience in developing the conversion application for PC.

Links on a page get cached so the page loads faster along with initial JS.

Go to its advanced settings and set pages to cache links, then limit your cache in Firefox settings to 350MB or something close for security

Ooh, nice.  I see that you used an HTML5 canvas instead of flash player.   A restart button would be nice so that you do not have to reload the page...

Sorunome, try adding the extensions FasterFox, AdBlock Plus, and Ghostery.  Launch about:config and enable pipelining.  You'll get about a 95% speed boost.
