You did that on purpose :P

The 1000th image I did it on purpose, but this one I didn't. Jim Bauwens said he was never rickrolled ever because he had Flash deactivated (his browser only opens flash if he allows). So I gif'ed him a fake contest entry for the Nspire Contest to rickroll him.

I named it "ContestEntry.gif" but it sounded too obvious so changed to "Pong.gif". When I uploaded "Pong.gif" I noticed "2001 images".

Then I knew ContestEntry.gif was the 2000th :)

Nice, but you uploaded an extra image D: You should tell {AP} so he can get rid of the duplicate.

My server is just fine! =D

Seriously, I can easily handle another 100,000 and have space for my other stuff and by the time that happens, I'll be able to upgrade/change hosts/migrate to my own server.

So don't worry about space too much, guys. ;P

Isn't the 1and1 limit around 216000 files anyway?

Also nice to see you around {AP} :D

Yep! Which is absolutely ridiculous. I've already used a total of about 10k.
Though, I plan on switching sometime next year. (Don't worry, I'll bring the old sites and the domains over with me.)

Sadly, I'll still be very on and off. Job hunting and all. I might be moving several states over too.
I'll fill you guys in when I know more about what's going on.

Usually the limit isn't really restrictive, considering Omni and TIMGUL combined together only used 10% of it after over two years.

Also good luck with job hunting. Hopefully you don't have to resort into getting out of United States (since it seems finding jobs there is harder and harder) and that your trip accross states won't get too expensive.

Omni doesn't use 1and1 anymore. Only AP's image uploader (which isn't owned by Omni anymore) use 1and1 now. Omni was just too ressource-intensive to stay on 1and1 and the database grew way past the 100 MB database cap I'm sure.

Suggestion for new features:

-Allow the ability to setup expiry time for image uploads, so if someone uploads an image there but wants it gone in 2 weeks, he can set the time to 14 days for example. To make sure people know an image will expire, have the image be renamed to reflect that, such as changing NspireEmu.gif to temporaryImageFileExpiringIn14Days__NspireEmu.gif, so people won't use those images for permanent linking purpose, such as Omnimaga news or download section.
-The ability to view all images currently uploaded on the server.

AP your site got hacked, you might need to fix it asap (and fix the exploits/bad passwords)
