I tried the speedtest again, and I got an even larger upload:download ratio than last time:



Which means downloading stuff sucks for me :(

That sucks. Over here in Canada ISPs are capped due to anti-piracy laws. Any ISP that had unlimited bandwidth plans had to get rid of them in September 2007. However I heard that in USA, a lot of ISPs had unlimited bandwidth and you only had problems if, for example, you used like 900 GB in a single month or 60 GB within a few days.

That said it's nothing compared to my previous plan's bandwidth limit. It was 1 GB download and 1 GB upload. Now that plan in question has 4 GB. Basically what I use most days now.

With such computing power stored in the hands of such people, we can only hope these demands are met.

In the wake of these events, we can only ask, Why? Why do these people make these demands, what caused them to gather, and what are their future plans...
