about 4 FPS at lowest settings and crunchy sound. Note that this was several years ago, though. Since then, emulator code must have improved a lot. However, since they did not have Nspire handled in mind when developing them, they most likely didn't optimize their emulator to run on such machine.

It's a bit like TI-84+ BASIC games on ticalc. A lot are optimized to run at decent speed on the 84+, but they don't take in account that if they optimized even more, their game could run on a regular 83+ too.

The ndless source code?
https://www.unsads.com/scm/svn/nsptools/Ndless/trunk/

Is it Ndless 2?
I have to compile it first, so I have to go to linux first... don't want to do that :)

Name and password are guest, I found it on a forum :D

I remember an alternative version of 1.0 somewhere, except it was a major hassle to get to work. It added compatibility with TI-Nspire Computer Link Software 1.4.

[little rant]
Humans are failing at doing portable code for most hardware and OSes...
[/rant]
And that is notably felt in emulators because they are demanding in speed.

Even with our monster number crushers that our laptops and home computers are, they still have some difficulty to emulate the Nintendo DS. Although it is just a question to optimize the emulator until it totally runs the games.
And were are talking of 2GHz to 3 GHz X86 CPU emulating 2 ARM (67 MHz and 33 MHz). And don't say about the NDS graphics card for this case (this argument serves for most of other devices) because most computers also have a graphics card.
Hobbing in calculator projects.

Goplat posted about it on United-TI. He posted some downloads (altough their board requires you to sign up)

I posted a version on Omnimaga for people who don't want to register on a forum just to download attachments:

That's a really good point!  That's pretty true. :)

DJ, are you sure that's the most recent version?  I know Goplat releases them a lot. :)

Hey, do you guys know if it is possible to add constants to the ti nspire cx (cas)? It already comes with some constants, but I'd like to add more so I can use them in any document. I didn't see any menu for adding any. Thanks!

You can create Library documents (you have to place them in the folder MyLib).
The functions inside will be available to other documents then under the name docname\funcname().
I think the nspire manual has more about this topic :)

Oh ok, thanks for the reply. I looked through the manual but didn't really see anything. So what you mean is I can make a function something like myConstant() and use that in my expressions to get that number, right?... What about creating something like "_myNum" to use in expressions as with other CAS-model constants? Is that possible?

The manual I read is here: http://www.seg.etsmtl.ca/nspire/documentation/TI-Nspire_CX_Handheld_GettingStarted_EN.pdf

I assume you're talking about gbc4nspire and VBA-M. You should be able to just send the .sav.tns file to your PC and then change the file extension back to .sav, which theoretically would work with any GBC emulator on the PC.
