I doubt they would even need to change the models, maybe just the textures!

That's too bad about the videos. Wasn't Ahriman's Prophecy also made with RPG Maker?

Nice! Sprites implemented! and tops for walls!

With Mode7 I don't think  I could tell the difference between that and real 3d!

Or they could use the source code they all have and remove it, but I'll bet they all had some sort of agreement on it that they didn't want any legal trouble.

I just wish they would release the engine. If they cut out the Chrono Trigger part, square wouldn't even notice.

BTW if you want Chrono Trigger well implemented, The DS version is exactly like the SNES version, but uses a touchscreen and has minimaps. Very well made. Plus it has the PSX Movie scenes, but you can disable them.

Hehe my science teacher in seventh grade always pronounced nuclear nukular and nucleus Neuculus. She even spelled it that way!

This game looks like it will be really cool.

Some of those sprites could go well in a bomberman game, too, or just some generic platformer.

Maybe this should be moved to the Pixel Art section so people looking for assets can see it.

I think I must have been really tired. I meant higher supply :P

ACT Doesn't allow running of any programs at all while you're testing now. I know, cause I took it last week.

Right, but square enix wasn't the one who put in the Identifying build numbers. The Devs did, so they would be able to cover themselves.

Don't the 68Ks already have NewProg? It's basically the same thing as AXE, isn't it?

It's over 9000!!!!!

Sorry. I had to say it.

Having an 84+ without the extra RAM pages is like having an 83+ with a better CPU, IMHO.

it seems like TI has caused yet another awful mess, but this time on the Hardware side. I don't think they even did it intentionally! They probably noticed that for normal use no one ever stick much stuff in the archive anyways, and decided to save a few bucks by omitting some RAM pages from the ICs!

TI Z80 / Re: Blast Antivirus Version 5.0
« on: April 13, 2010, 10:42:46 pm »
i meant the antivirus, actually. As in it dissassembles the program being scanned and detects bad code. For instance, you could have a scanner program that you can tell to scan specific programs, then have it tell you the result.

Yeah. It was also used for Secret of Mana's Overworld map, I believe, as well as FF6's chocobo riding. It kind of gives the isometric feel, but a little better quality with rotation and all.
