I can't wait!  Could you attach it in this topic when you submitt it to Ti Calc? (Then we don't need to wait for it to be processed.) Thanks!

I wonder if there could be a version only for 15 MHz calculators that actually played sound as game goes on? I don't know how hard it would be, though, but Benryves did something similar before I believe. He even had four sound channels

EDIT: That Seren guy who worked on a Guitar Hero clone also did, but the sound quality was decreased a lot

Huh?  The game already plays music as the game goes on.  You just have to turn the music on in the options and plug in some headphones.

Oh and by the way for those who want a sneak peak, here ya go!  And thanks all you beta testers.  Just make sure you delete your beta versions before installing this because I changed a few things in the final version.

Yay!  Finally unlocked the second level ;D Great and addicting game.  I did have a small graphical error happen once though, when i was playing level 1 and i fired at a berry (or whatever they are :P) it disappeared and was replaced with a black box for about a second before it disappeared.  Other than that i haven't had any problems!

Oh and now i just figured out how to pause XD Trying to press Mode and Alpha to no avail :P

Ohhh.... I see what you mean.  I guess that's possible using interrupts, but yeah, it would definitely cause massive slowdowns.  Things like grayscale would basically be impossible.

Yeah that's why I said for 15 MHz calcs. I have doubts the regular 83+ would handle this. Even faster calcs might have some trouble, but I don't know.

I finished all the levels and unlocked everything.
IMO, the game is perfect as it is now (even on the NSpire).
The only thing that I recommend to change is the Pause button. "Enter" is much too far away from the playing fingers, so one has a risk of losing while moving his hand to press Enter. "Mode" is more recommended for pausing games; it's quick to press.

EDIT: I made some tests on the PC NSpire emulator, and I noticed that the speed there is normal, unlike on real hardware. I wonder why...

It's because Goplat hasn't made the ARM instructions take their correct amount of time. He's treating them all as one clock cycle.

I love this version!  I don't see anything wrong with it, except I'd change the pause key to mode.  The gameplay's great!  My favorite thing is the changing backgrounds. :)

I made it to the second level.  It's harder, but incredibly fun.  Thanks for such an awesome game!

I was wondering:  How much space is left in the App?

Thanks!  There is a little over 5k left in the app, not an issue.  But I've nearly ran out of safe RAM since I have to copy a lot of self-modifying code there plus I'm double buffering a grayscale screen. :P

I had another idea:  Can you make the calc Auto Power Down when the user presses [On] while the game is paused?  Then when the user wants to resume they press [On] and the game is paused, in the same spot.

Edit for much later:    Yay!!!  I beat the second level!  I'm so happy! ;D
I did find a little glitch while replaying the first level:  I was exactly halfway between two tiles.  One of them got hit, and I was half off a tile.  Then the other got hit and I was floating in midair!  As I was showing my friend, I got hit by a third piece of fruit and died. :D

Since this game was featured, I decided to give it a try, it's really good!!! I managed 38800 points in first level, unlocking the second.

How many points to unlock the second one, by the way?

Probably in the first level, the first level if I tried maybe I could get 50 000 points, but the second one you have to use yer tongue instead of bullets/seeds which is deadlifying hard!!
