News / Re: nDoom 2.1 adds PWAD support for thousands of games!!!

My lego patch is not working! I love anything lego related, but I hate this! It says that there is an error in the patch, and then when i try to press buttons, random symbols appear in the top left corner of the screen!

TI-Nspire / Re: nleash and oslauncher still not working!

I want to downgrade it so I can use nplayer & oslauncher (until an updated version is released), and blockdude. And a few other programs.
And, because like DJ_O said, the file size is reduced. That means more gbc on my nspire.

If I take my calculator out in any other class than math, it gets taken. And if I get caught playing games on it during math class, it gets taken.

It's not like my parents have unlimited money. I'm not old enough to have a credit or debit card you know.

Calculator C / Daggerfall Nspire
« on: January 26, 2012, 10:28:19 pm »
Guys, I know the the Elder Scrolls II:Daggerfall was raycasted, kind of like doom. It is a maybe about emulation, except the map files are not wads, so it can't be run with nDoom launcher  :banghead:. What we need is something like Dosbox for the nspire, but how does one make a program in c that can read a specific file type? And, I would really like something like this, since Dosbox is being a jerk with daggerfall and saying that I need to insert a cd-rom. I think that i could make a grayscale version for the nspire's limited space. But, nspire c is very different from the c I am learning.

Does Nover affect the speed of the ti-84 keypad? and is there a way to make a program like CodeBlocks:: for the nspire for on-calc c programming?

Oh, speaking of, I don't have a CX, but if you loaded your CX with games and programs, it might be useful to have a basic nspire-emulator for the cx, or oslauncher for the cx, which is compatible with the .tno os update also.

TI-Nspire / nPassword Protection
« on: January 25, 2012, 10:04:29 pm »
I think that I could make a program in c that would secure our nspires with a password by defining the password using the scanf function. The only problem is, how will I get it to run on the startup of the calculator, and how will I make the password able to be defined by users of the program?
Note: If i can get this to work, someone will have to compile it into a tns file for me.

Hmm, speaking of calc compression, I was so excited about ndless 3.1 that I forgot to TNOC os 3.1.0.392. I just did it, and my laptop battery died. So now I am using my dad's computer plugged into external power.
About compression, yeah, how would one do that? I've been taking c tutorials, but so far I have gotten to and, not, or, if, and then statements, which are represented by &&, !, i forgot what or is,

Does the raycaster work on the nspire, or do you have to use nspire_emu? I am having alot of trouble with nspire_emu. I can't create the flash image. The command prompt says that the syntax of the command is incorrect.

The duke nukem series is kind of suggestive my mom doesn't let me play any of the duke nukem games. Duke nukem forever starts out... never mind, i can't say it. Wanna find out what happens, play the game. and you have to be in college or own your own home, because if you live with your parents, they will kick you out if they see the scene.
